WE CAN PROVIDE ACCESS TO OUR ARCHITECTS, VENDORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, REALTORS, SCHEDULING METHODS, AND MANY MORE. WE WILL ALSO ANALYZE AND SOLVE CONFLICTS AND PROVIDE the GUIDANCE IN TERMS OF PROJECT MAnaGEMENT & PASSING INSPECTIONS/ CODE requirements.

Our schedule analysis services include but are not limited to:

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

-Initial client meeting to understand project goals, budget, & timeline.
Site visit and preliminary feasibility review.
-Up to 1X Weekly consultation w/ Alioune until construction starts 
-Custom tailored Schedule creation with suggested millstone events & dates
-Creation of a working budget based on verified quotes from Sub-Contractors & Vendors. 
-Access to preferred Interior Designers and previous mood boards & selections (if available) -Access to preferred Sub-Contractor and Vendor list by itemized line item/ Trade
-Access to preferred real estate brokers/agents to gain added market insight and sale pricing 
-Full access to In-person Construction classes as they begin to roll out
-Guidance on material selections and value-engineering options to help reduce budget.
-Introduction & set-up to Construction Management Software to track day to day operation 
-Access to customized consulting plans available for purchase upon construction start 

Deliverables -Detailed bid comparison sheet/ Drive folder -Preliminary construction schedule with suggested millstone events & dates -Working budget outline -Recommendations on next steps to move into construction and introduction to trade partners

Consulting During Construction -Once construction starts, consulting services are available at an hourly rate of $150.  
This includes: -Site visits to review progress or trouble shoot, problem solve or meet with inspectors -Budget check ins and reviews via in person, at my office or zoom meeting -Baseline schedule adjustments and updates -Problem-solving and owners rep/ client representation as needed. 


PROJECT  ANALYSIS 
REVIEW OF CORROBORATING DOCUMENTATION 
DISPUTE ASSISTANCE/ SUPPORT FOR MATTERS INVOLVING DELAYS AND BREACH OF CONTRACT
 DELAY ANALYSIS/ VENDOR, SUB-CONTRACTOR REPLACEMENT
REVIEW OF PROJECT CORRESPONDENCE, DAILY REPORTS, TIMESHEETS, AND PROJECT RECORDS TO ESTABLISH SEQUENCE OF EVENTS 
WORKING WITH YOU TO DEVELOP BEST PRACTICES, CORRECTION OF SCHEDULING FLAWS AND SCHEDULE RECOVERY 
PROVIDING OPINION AS TO WHETHER DELAYS ARE CONTRACTUALLY NON-EXCUSABLE, EXCUSABLE, COMPENSABLE,  AND/OR 
​NON-COMPENSABLE

Assessment OF OVERALL PROJECT STATUS, PERFORMANCE, PAYMENTS AND SCHEDULE 
Investigation OF POTENTIAL LIABILITIES AS WELL AS POTENTIAL EVENTS OR CAUSES LEADING TO DELAYS, PROBLEMS
Assessment OF PROJECT PROGRESS AND REMAINING COST TO COMPLETE INCLUDING ANY REWORK
ANALYSIS OF POTENTIAL VALUE ENGINEERING OPPURTUNITIES 
Assessment OF BACK-CHARGES AND POTENTIAL EXTRA WORK
Assessment OF ALLEGED DEFECTIVE WORK CLAIMS 
Meetings AND CORRESPONDENCE WITH FIELD PERSONNEL, INSPECTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
Occasional SITE REVIEWS AND OVERSIGHT OF TASK COMPLETION
