-Access to preferred real estate brokers/agents to gain added market insight and sale pricing
-Full access to In-person Construction classes as they begin to roll out
-Guidance on material selections and value-engineering options to help reduce budget.
-Introduction & set-up to Construction Management Software to track day to day operation
-Access to customized consulting plans available for purchase upon construction start
